Over the mountains...

And through the woods to Colebrook, New Hampshire I go. In December Quentin, Oliver, and I moved to the East. We prayed about moving and where we should move to and this was our answer. I now live in a little town of 2500 people. It is freezing here, my feet and elbows are super dry, my hair is static because of how dry I am, and there is a wind that blows through one of the windows downstairs and I get super chilly whenever it does that. I am slowly getting use to it. The trees are still green here compared to Rexburg.
On December 14th, we started our way here. We first went to Sandy, Utah to visit my maternal grandparents. They got to meet Oliver and they were very grateful that we stopped by. My grandma thoroughly enjoyed holding and kisses Oliver. My cousins, Boyd and Tyler, liked holding him too. My grandpa loved bouncing him on his knee, kissing him, and touching him. I could tell it was special to them. It was special to me too. I think we stayed with them for two days.
After my grandparents we journeyed to Denver, Colorado to see Quentin's eldest sister, Nat, and her family. I had met everyone else in his family except Natayla and I was excited to finally meet her. We stayed with them for two days too. They have a wonderful and loving family! They actually just moved up to South Dakota.
Quentin's brother, Caleb, came up to Nat's house and brought a girl he is courting, Holly, and met her. After the introductions we headed out on our very long and tiring drive to Colebrook, New Hampshire. Caleb and Quentin drove straight through. I drove some but not as much as they did. We didn't stay in an motels. There was one time where the guys were too tired to drive anymore so they stopped at a gas station and took a power nap. Oliver was good the ENTIRE drive and I was very impressed with him.
The worst part of the entire drive I would say was driving through New York! It was also scary! The eighteen wheelers drove CRAZY! I could have sworn we were going to get in an accident and get ran over but we didn't and I am grateful!
We arrived to Quentin's parents' place on Wednesday, December 19th, at 7:30 A.M. You want to know the first thing we did when we got inside? We found our beds and went straight to sleep!
We have been living with Quentin's parents for about two months now. Quentin and I are paying off our debt before we buy our own house. Yes, I said buy.
I will say that I can't wait to get our place so I can go back to peeing with the door open, not wear a bra, cook what I want to eat, and do what I want to do. My mom told me one day that, "No house is big enough for two women." The reason she said that to me was because I was getting annoyed and irritated by the things that they do here. Also I didn't like the way Quentin's mom handled Oliver but I am over that now. I am okay with living here for now but the sooner we get those hospital bills paid off the faster I can move out of here!
I am in school right now and it has been tough handling a baby and doing homework. Quentin's mom helps out whenever she can. I am grateful for her service. I am halfway done with this semester and then I graduate. I can't wait to graduate so I can be a full time mommy! YAY! Oliver has gotten so big, but I will save that for another time.
Well I am trying to catch up on my blogs. This is a little update on my family and I.
